How are garments measured?
All garments measurements are taken seam to seam while lying flat.

Canadian Shipping: All Canadian orders are shipped via standard mail with Canada Post. Please allow 4 - 15 business days for delivery.
United States Shipping: All U.S. orders are shipped via Canada Post standard Air Mail. Please allow 6 - 18 business days for delivery. Please note if the tracking option is not selected and the package is lost in transit, we are not responsible for covering the cost.
International Shipping: All International orders are shipped via Canada Post standard Air Mail. Please allow up to 1 ½ - 3 ½ weeks for delivery. Please note if the tracking option is not selected and the package is lost in transit, we are not responsible for covering the cost.
*Please note all duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Femmes des Lunes.
Femmes des Lunes is not responsible for any costs incurred by entering the incorrect shipping address. Please make sure you include your complete address when entering it in the checkout process.
What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Femmes des Lunes takes care to deliver all packages directly to Canada Post. Once a package is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
